Our transport insurance conditions are summarized


We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us at least within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.


Your order is delivered damaged (by the parcel deliverer)

It occasionally happens that the transport service delivers the package damaged.

The conditions of our transport insurance essentially boil down to the following:

In the event of visible (heavy) damage, where you suspect or see that the contents of the package are also damaged, to refuse receipt.

The deliverer of the package must complete a claim form and hand over a signed copy to you.

(the name of the carrier and the order code must be clearly legible).

Also take a photo of the damaged package.

You must report this to us within 2 days of the incident date.

With this form we can submit a claim for damage to the carrier, after approval of the damage report you have submitted to us, we will refund you the purchase price including shipping costs.

Clearly state your name and bank account number to which we can refund your purchase price.


Outside of the mentioned complaint period of 2 days and / or without showing the 3 documents mentioned will the transport insurance no longer process your application.

Furthermore, in general, we request that you notify us of a defect as soon as possible after discovery. †


It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service and/or one or more products, as you have experienced them. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to the customer contact department by e-mail. This can be done by emailing to † Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. After receipt of your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us.
